Been looking for a BMW M6 for several months; found the right one, with the right color at a fair price for mileage and year, at Luxury Sports & Imports. Spoke with Kathy over the phone and Angie checked my credit. Discussed the car in depth to the point of my paying a deposit a few days later. A week later, I flew into St. Louis, taxi’d to Luxury Sports and test drove the car, finished the purchase and drove it off the lot. Matt Mercer spent a great deal of time with me at the dealership and with the car, and Angie was fantastic in person as well (Kathy was away that day). Everyone I spoke with there was fantastic. Before traveling out there, I mentioned my greatest concern was that the convertible top had to work flawlessly — when I first inquired, it didn’t. They had it fixed at a local BMW dealer, confirmed it as such, and I purchased the car at the previously-agreed upon price. I’ve since found 2 flaws that I’ll fix sooner or later — one of the front vents doesn’t always work, and the rear cup holder must be replaced — however, this car was bought as is and I’m extremely pleased with it. They even had it ready with a full tank of gas when I arrived at the dealer so I could get on the road for my 8 hour drive home. Most people wouldn’t agree to purchase a vehicle from 3 states away and then fly in and drive it off the lot, but my experience was exceptional from “Hello” all the way through. I even required some direction from Matt after I’d traveled about 100 miles from the dealer, and he was ready to meet me on the road — however, we solved it over the phone (a technical problem created by my own ignorance). Can’t say enough about this group; I would buy from them again.

The entire team, from owner, to their sales & finance manager, and service shop made the car buying process so simple. They worked to understand what I was looking for in a car, what I wanted to trade in, as well as my budget, and within one week of my initial visit, I was driving the car off the lot! This dealer gave me the best deal I could find out there. I searched the internet for over a month and came across an FJ Cruiser that I purchased. Matt was very friendly and professional. I usually have fly to Texas or Arizona to get a deal like this on a high end pre-owned luxury vehicle. I’m so glad I discovered this dealership. I inquired about a used Toyota 4Runner. Matt Mercer was more than helpful and in constant contact with me during the entire sale process. Matt was able to work the numbers and financing all over the phone since I live about 40 minutes away. Upon pickup the vehicle was just as advertised, clean and in like new condition for a 2011! After driving the vehicle my only concern were the tires were pretty worn. Matt had already marked the car down giving me a military veterans discount and still went ahead and ordered all new tires at cost for me and split it down the middle. They also offered me $3,000 more for my trade than any other dealership. I have been looking at 4Runners and Grand Cherokee’s for over a year and this dealership had the absolute best price I have seen, delivered as promised and advertised and was pleasant and passionate about the entire sale process. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I WILL be coming to them first for my future vehicle purchase.

I have had the opportunity throughout my life to buy quite a few cars, both new and used. My experience at Luxury Sports far surpassed anything I had ever experienced previously. I had been looking seriously at Porsche 911s for about a year and had met with quite a few sales people over that time. When I went in to Luxury Sports to look at a 911 (now my 911), I knew within the first few minutes of talking with Matt that I wanted to work with him to buy my next car. And if it was not this 911, I would have had him find one for me. Matt is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also as friendly and down to earth as anyone you will ever meet. You truly feel like you are a friend, not a customer. Matt was amazingly accommodating with whatever I needed, whether it was scheduling meetings, getting my paperwork or making certain that everything was perfect. He continually followed up to keep me advised of the progress of things that I wanted done to the car before delivery. Matt will definitely have all of my car buying business in the future.

Kathy was great to work with. I was buying this car from CT and she helped me every step of the way, she went above and beyond what any other car dealer has ever done. I didn?didn’t feel like I was being pressured into buying a car, its always such a horrible experience, not with Luxury Sports. I had been looking for a specific BMW for a while and found it here. Kathy helped me get the car inspected at a local BMW dealership. After numerous conversations and facetime to see the car I ended up not even flying out to see it, I felt that comfortable as she was very specific in describing the car. I cannot brag enough to others about how pleasant our experience was with Luxury Sports & Imports. I went into my search being pretty picky on what my wife and I wanted which was a Jeep Grand Cherokee narrowed down to specific options that we were determined to find. We were searching for anything within about a 500 mile radius when luckily we located our Jeep near us(less than 100 miles away) at Luxury Sports & Imports. From the moment I first called them in regards to the vehicle I felt extremely comfortable and pleased with how our conversations were handled, in the past I have never been fond of dealing with used car lots. Luxury Sports & Imports doesn’t seem to specialize in any particular make, but as long as it is quality used and not just something doctored up in order to sell. Truly it blows my mind the level of quality used vehicles they have to offer and I wish that we lived a little closer so that I could take part in their detailing service, because they believe in CLEAN! I fell in love with the Porsche 911 many years ago and promised myself someday I will have one. Well, my dream came true. I was driving down Tesson Ferry when I did a double-take (glad I did!). There was a Porsche 911 perched on display gleaming in the sunlight. I went on the website and checked out the details of the car along with all the pictures and the Carfax. All looked promising and I decided to go to the dealership to see the car. I met Matt Mercer and knew I was in for a different experience. Matt is knowledgeable as he clearly described the features and options of the car. As a previous owner of two Porsches I was impressed. Unlike other dealerships, I did not get the comment, “You know more about it than I do”. We discussed the pricing of the car. I say discuss because there was no battling back and forth or haggling. Matt presented an acceptable deal with the condition of a pre-purchase inspection. Matt took care of getting the car to my Porsche mechanic and keeping me informed of the progress. The car had a couple of minor issues, but Matt immediately took care of it. In preparation for my purchase he had the car completely detailed and waiting for me on the showroom floor. I did the paperwork and Matt went over the operations of the car to complete the delivery. Wow! I own a 911! I can’t believe it! Now I had the car for a few days and noticed a scratch on the rear bumper. I called Matt and before I could even ask he said bring it in and let my detailer take a look at it. I brought the car in and the detailer, Darren, immediately went to work. Not only did he fix the scratch he went ahead an washed the whole car as he wanted it to be returned perfect. Car buyers have many purchasing choices. However, most dealers fall short of customer service and satisfaction. I did not find these issues with Luxury Sports & Imports. From the moment of introduction, to delivery and after the sale, these people continue to be dedicated to my satisfaction. Thanks again for allowing me to scratch the item off my bucket list!

We entered Luxury Sports & Imports very hesitant. The name alone, lead us to believe we were in the wrong place for our “income”. However the lure of a very nice Jeep was there, and we stopped in, knowing we would be let down by the typical car dealership rigamarole: (rig?ma?role also rigamarole) n. 1. an elaborate or complicated procedure. 2. confused or meaningless talk…- BOY WERE WE EVER WRONG ! Matt Mercer and Angie Mannecke treated us like we had been life long friends. We were not talked “down” to, and not one lie was told to us. The entire process of buying a car took about and hour and a half. That includes test driving and all. The price of the Jeep we wanted was actually within our means, and Matt was a no “haggle” person. I won’t say salesman, because he never acted like a salesman. He acted like he had been our friend for years, and was “hooking us up” because of our friendship. ( by the way we never met Matt before we walked in ). We were almost in shock. We felt like maybe we were in the twilight zone or something………but we were not. Surprisingly, by reading other reviews, this is standard treatment at Luxury Sports & Imports. This is the way they treat EVERYONE. I would recommend before you go to a large dealership……you stop in and see the awesome inventory they have. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. Before I forget, let me tell you what Angie did. We had been pre-approved by our bank for a low interest auto loan. ( we didn’t want to get railroaded into a large interest rate from a dealership ). Well Angie threw us for a big LOOP. She went and found us an even LOWER interest rate than our bank. We were amazed ! She was the most original finance “person” we have ever met. She did not try to add things, or force other options on us. She presented options, but said there was no pressure to buy anything like extended warranties, etc. It was totally up to us. Um…….what planet were we on ? We have bought new and used cars before and usually the finance person is not interested in saving you money. She was so open and honest from start to finish. She did more than we ever expected. In closing……we appreciated the experience. It will not be our last visit ………… Until we meet again…………..

As the title says I am a repeat customer. I searched for a car for almost 6 weeks and I decided to stop in this dealership, and I am glad that I did. After pulling up I was greeted by Matt who was professional and down to earth guy. Unlike the other dealerships I visited which seemed like every car they had was the best one around. Matt took his time and looked out for the best need for me with no pressure whatsoever. Two years later I ended up trading it in at the dealership and upgraded and still could not be happier. There is no way I would ever go anywhere else to buy a car.

Let’s start out by saying I have wanted another Jeep for many years… many. My husband and I had been looking at trucks for a few weeks and after dinner one night something caught his eye. In 2011 I was looking to buy a C6 corvette I looked around and could not find anything within the mileage and price range I was looking for. I contacted Luxury sports and imports and through their locating service they searched the United States and found me the exact car I was looking for It had the mileage price and every option I was looking for. They had the car inspected and shipped to there location and I drove it off the showroom floor. I was recently shopping on-line and locally for a used GMC Yukon that would be used occasionally for travel, vacations, and pulling a boat. I was looking for something 4-6 years old with low miles relative to the year model. I have very discriminating tastes and was looking for as many creature comforts and options as I could get in a Yukon at a fair price. I found a one-owner 2007 Yukon Denali with only 74k miles at Luxury Sports & Imports that appeared very gently used and well maintained in the photos and description. Once I received it, the vehicle was as advertised and the condition is a 9 out of 10. Most other Yukons that I was considering at this age were about 6.5 – 7.5 out of 10. Kathy Hoffman (Sales) and Angie Mannecke (Financing) made the purchasing process as seamless as could be expected with a long distance sale. They were both extremely professional and courteous through the entire process. They communicated in a timely manner and delivered what they said they would deliver……a very nice vehicle at a fair price with financing that was better than my local sources. Matt Mercer handled every aspect of the transaction with the utmost professionalism and integrity. I had a very limited window to get down to his shop and inspect the vehicle, which happened to be over the 4th of July. Matt made sure the vehicle was ready and stayed late on July 3rd so I could inspect the truck. He then worked with me to get the truck to a local dealer that specialized in servicing these trucks so they could do a detailed inspection. There were a few minor issues that the dealer found and Matt did not hesitate to have them fixed immediately as he ensured that the truck was in excellent condition and wanted to make sure I had no issues driving back to WI. There was even 1 interior part that needed to be replaced and Matt committed to ordering the part and shipping it to my house, after the sale was made. Matt followed up on the part and found it was on back order, and then let me know. The part arrived as promised about 2 months after the sale. Matt did a great job of making sure every aspect of the sale was planned and prepared with no hidden surprises. He is a good salesman, so know your info and pricing….because he does!! He was extremely proactive throughout the sale, even offering the carfax on the first call to make sure I knew exactly what the history on the truck was. Overall, great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with him again. Thanks again Matt….I love the truck and it’s everything I wanted and expected!!!!

Everything was as described and Matt disclosed all significant details about the car. He also sourced new tires and had the windows tinted per my request. Everything looks perfect. The car arrived sooner than expected and everything was seamless. Angie was great in answering all my questions about registering the vehicle out of state, etc. Where honesty is lacking in most of the car business, these guys are true pro’s and straight forward. I would skip the mega dealership and work with this boutique dealer again.

Then I was pleasantly surprised. I have purchased 6 other Corvettes over the years, but this was the most friendly, honest and helpful dealership I have ever experienced. Not only did they give me more than I hoped for on my trade, they also got me a lower interest rate than my own credit union, which I have been with since 1988. Keith, Matt, and Kathy, seemed like family to me by the time I left to head back home, over 550 miles away. I am retired US Navy and would gladly blast this dealership, if that were the case. But instead, it has my utmost respect and admiration. If you find a car you like in their inventory, by all means, feel confident in working with these great people. This is the way all car dealers should be run.

First of all, we were treated like human beings and not just a dollar sign. We found a car we were interested in online and from the minute we emailed The dealership to inquire, Angie worked diligently to have our questions answered. We came the same night to test drive the car and when we pulled up, the car was parked right out front, cleaned off and warmed up for us. Matt and Angie immediately made us feel at home and not like prey (which is how we feel at most dealerships, it’s about the sale and not the person) but not here, they were both very kind and approachable. We felt like they were genuine people. We were a little nervous taking our two young boys to a luxury car dealer. Wile we filled out the paperwork with Angie, Matt offered to entertain the boys. He turned their favorite cartoon on, and even let them get behind the wheel of a couple really cool cars. This completely made their day and they thought Matt was so cool. When we left, my 6 year old referred to Matt as his “new friend”. I expected them to be nervous with two small active boys around the showroom but it meant so much that they took the time to treat our kids like people too. Angie was so organized and efficient in the paperwork process. We test drove the car and filled out the paperwork in only an hour. We will be customers for life because we can not imagine every working with anyone but Matt and Angie again. I think they want to build on continued relationships and do a great job of it.I’m looking forward to my hat trick purchase. It honestly didn’t feel like I was shopping for a car. I only wanted to test drive a car but the outstanding customer service and honest approach to business sealed the deal that day. Everyone including the owner is extremely friendly and they go above and beyond to make the experience comfortable. They also assist with other car service or accessories that benefit your wallet. Thank you so much for everything! I am still elated with the Santa Fe. I’ve had no problems at all with it and it pulls my camper just fine! I found a hitch at a salvage yard for $40 and had a friend install it. Please tell Keith that I am still so appreciative for what he did for me. What he did for me is exactly what I would have done for someone else. I’m extremely glad that my kindness to others finally turned around to reward me. I’ll send in the payment today or tomorrow.
